You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You may not use bosvip if you are subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from gambling or entering into online contracts.

Each User is permitted to hold one account only. You may not register multiple accounts under your own name, under a different name, or using alternate email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods. Any duplicate accounts discovered by bosvip will be closed without notice, and any funds or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are required to notify bosvip immediately if any of your registration information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bosvip support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected].
bosvip operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days will result in account suspension. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.
bosvip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets. All deposits and account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. bosvip reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.
Bank transfer deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are processed 24/7 and are usually credited within 5 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bosvip reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment source that does not belong to the account holder and to forfeit any winnings derived from such funds.
bosvip is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees and enhanced KYC scrutiny.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time via the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bosvip.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. Higher limits may be available for VIP members.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are processed 24/7. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks. bosvip reserves the right to request additional identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents will result in withdrawal cancellation.
bosvip does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer fees or currency conversion charges. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are the sole responsibility of the User.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bosvip are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are published on the promotion page and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements; voided bets, cashed-out bets, and hedged bets do not count.
bosvip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly; using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit (arbitrage, hedging, or risk-free wagering); or violating any specific bonus terms. The determination of bonus abuse is made solely at bosvip's discretion and is final.
Once a bet is confirmed by bosvip's system, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. It is your responsibility to review all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before confirming. bosvip is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.
bosvip reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets placed after an event has started, bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, or bets suspected to be part of fraudulent activity may be voided.
Winning bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant sports federation, league, or game provider. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the official governing body is final. bosvip reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.
Maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rp 500,000,000. Maximum daily payout across all bets is Rp 1,000,000,000. These limits may be lower for certain sports or markets and are subject to change without notice.
All RNG-based games (slots, video poker, virtual sports) offered by bosvip use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are provably fair and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

In no event shall bosvip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim. bosvip is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The bosvip platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (payment providers, game studios, sports data providers). bosvip is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
All content on the bosvip platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, is the property of bosvip or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bosvip content without prior written permission.
You may close your account at any time by contacting bosvip support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements and verification checks have been satisfied.
bosvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions; providing false information; engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior; or failure to complete identity verification. In the event of account closure, any bonuses or promotional funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be canceled.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bosvip is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
